Canyon Park Technology Center boasts of approximately 46 miles of 4” conduit with fiber optic connectivity through all buildings. Eleven of the fourteen buildings are equipped with automatic transfer switches and backup power generator systems. The Park houses twenty-four industrial Uninterruptible Power Source systems. An on-site security staff and system monitors the facility twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. The Park’s Conference Center includes a 400 seat auditorium, executive conference center and the UVU Culinary Arts Institute food court with sandwich and salad bar that is open weekdays. The West End Park is located on the west side boundaries of the property. The Park has recreation field, lecture hillside, sand volleyball court and picnic areas available to tenants.
